FAQs & Shipping


Shipping: Please allow 2-3 business days to fulfill orders and an additional 3-7 days for shipping. Please keep in mind that once your shipment leaves our hands, it is up to the mail carrier to deliver in a timely manner. 
** In summer months, to minimize the amount of heat our products are exposed to we will only ship Monday-Wednesday. This might delay your shipment for a few days but this is to preserve the quality of our products. Thank you for understanding. 
** Events such as winter holidays and pandemics can drastically influence shipping times. Please consider this with great patience when placing an order. We recommend placing orders well ahead of needed delivery. Thank you for understanding.

Returns: Due to the sanitary aspect of many of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges on our products. Items that arrive damaged are the exception. In the unfortunate event you find your product unsatisfactory, please send us an email explaining your situation, with an attached photo of the item in question, within 7 days of receiving the item. We will review the situation and then decide what steps to take. 

**Any potential concerns customers might run into with their products can be avoided by following the product care instructions both included with your purchase and listed on the Product Care and Education Page.**

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do our best to protect your purchase during its shipment but sometimes accidents do happen. 

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Refunds: Refunds are determined on a case by case basis. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Allergens: Always observe ingredient labels for allergens. Harmony Sue LLC is not responsible for reactions that might occur when using our products. If skin irritation occurs, stop using immediately and consult with a medical professional. It’s recommended to test a small patch of skin for irritation before regular use. 

Are your products vegan? 
No. Many of our products contain animal derived ingredients such as beeswax and tallow.
